Last summer, I uploaded a few tutorials about how to use CAT12, a Matlab toolbox for estimating cortical volume. Due to a data use agreement, I have had to remove any identifying subject information, such as scan ID, scan date, age, and sex; after these edits, the original videos are back online, in slightly edited form.
The current playlist can be found here, and the e-book chapters can be found here; the next video in production focuses on how to do this type of analysis on the Great Lakes computing cluster at Michigan. Stay tuned for more updates!
